eSignature SCIM Support

DocuSign currently does not support SCIM for eSignature. This means that while DocuSign can provision accounts automatically with Just-In-Time Provisioning, it cannot automatically de-provision accounts when associates leave our organization. This means our support staff has to check every Termination/Transfer at our company and check to see if the Terminated/Transfered associate has access that needs to be revoked. For a large organization this is quite time consuming and we would be thrilled to give that time back to our support staff.

    Hello,I've added my vote.We're also waiting for the addition of SCIM to E-SIGNATURE.Particularly to be able to add a group to a user without waiting for their first login.

    FYI, support for SCIM in Docusign is planned for release on 31 May 2025 for integration with both Okta and Microsoft Entra (Azure) IDPs.

        The first wave of SCIM support in Docusign Admin for Okta & Entra is currently planned for global release on 17 June 2025 followed by two additional packages of enhancements:

        • Wave 1 (June 2025): Provision users by account–assign groups from your Identity Provider (IdP)--all users populate (without groups or memberships) in Docusign.
        • Wave 2 (Q4 2025): Also provision groups & group memberships by account–assign groups from your IDP–all users and their associated groups and group memberships populate in Docusign.
