Due to some recent change in DocuSign - Outlook plugin, an extra link to “View valid plans” is visible for all the users. This is not required and is only causing confusion for the users. Recommendation is to remove this link from the Plugin as all the licensing is controlled by IT team only.

Thanks so much for your idea, @ManishChitnis After review, we found that this request can be accomplished using existing features within DocuSign.

They may click the “X” to close the “View valid plans” message in the Outlook plugin, and once it’s closed, it won’t appear again.
