our company (12 employees) is using many different templates, as we often have to create new ones on a per-project basis with about 50 different projects per year. We are using the iOS-app on an iPad a lot for in-person signing and my users asked if they could filter for the templates they marked as “Favorites” (star symbol) in the browser-based application to shorten the list of templates when clicking “Use Template”?

DocuSign iOS app does not currently let you mark templates as favorites within the app itself.
The workaround If you rely on “favorite templates” to quickly access the ones you use most often:
- Mark the templates as favorites in the DocuSign web app first (on desktop browser).
- Once that’s done, they’re technically marked in your account but the iOS app still won’t show a separate favorites section or filter.
