requesting a seamless migration of all envelopes in any statuses for transfer envelopes in different account

this envelope is transfer from one account to another account in org admin. and then create recipient view failed with this error message. 

 

400 BadRequest

{"errorCode":"UNKNOWN_ENVELOPE_RECIPIENT","message":"The recipient you have identified is not a valid recipient of the specified envelope."}
 

all the parameters are correct. I think it is a bug. hope can fix it ASAP.

I think this request can be accomplished using existing features within Docusign.

You can get more details on that here: Envelope Transfer Support Topic. There are several articles here that cover envelope transfer in-depth. 

At which point of the process do you get the create recipient view error? Is this when the user the envelope was transferred to attempts to send the envelope for signature?

I know this is an old thread, so hopefully you’ve resolved it, but if not, I’m happy to help troubleshoot!
