Our customer set status for any to download the envelopes in retrieve. And they set the schedule as every Thursday. so the evelope is not complete also will be download. then the envelope is completed, the retrieve will not download it again. because it is in the .download folder, it will not download again. and the customer set retention policy, the completed envelope will remove after 90 days. so some completed envelope is removed but the retrieve is not download. Hope can solve this bug, so the envelpe can download again after the envelope is completed when the status is any. Thanks.

It sounds like Docusign Retrieve is working as intended by not downloading the same envelope twice, but since it's downloading the 'In Progress' version first, it's missing the final 'Completed' version in some cases.
Does it make sense to change your settings to only download 'Completed' envelopes? This would ensure you always get the final version.
