Optional headings as bookmarks

When a document is created within word using a template there is an option to keep or remove bookmarks when converting to PDF. If the word document is dropped into DocuSign within out the conversion, there is no option, like when converting to PDF, to remove or keep the headings as bookmarks.

Could this be a feature in DocuSign?
