The form fields in my pdf document disappear after I send the envelope. Does anyone know how to fix this? The fields are included in all previous documents sent

Is there any way to disable print & download button for documents that do not require a signature and are sent using “Needs to View”?

I have been trying to place signature image directly without having the user to sign it. I have used sign here tabs and added stamp tabs in it. But in the received document, it is still expecting the user to manually sign it.I have researched enough,I am not finding any resource which solves my problem.here is the code took some help from AI. I have created some templates and sent some out, but I want to set a few fields to be pre-fill so that I add the detail each time I send out (like company name, price) without changing the template. When I go to the document, no matter what I di, the only option on the left by the pencil for pre-Fill is to add a line. There is no option to add a pre-fill text box or company name. Any idea what is wrong?

I have created a template and included checkboxes in the template.  This template is being used in a powerform.  When people complete the powerform, they mark the checkbox as required, but when they download the completed document they cannot see the boxes which have been checked.  The next signer in the powerform also cannot see which boxes have been checked.

I have been trying to get the CC information changed and I am still having problems.  I have requested a call from support, which I have yet to receive.  I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks now with no luck.  How can I get someone to call and talk to?  The emails back and forth are very frustrating, as it hasn’t helped yet. Once the document is signed by the recipient, how does the preparer sign? How do you create a countersign section?

I downgraded to a free account a month ago. I was billed a $15 “recurring payment” in March for an account. This is not correct- I shouldn’t be billed, I’m not subscribed to any paid membership level. My account is labeled as “freemium.”None of the support articles are helping.I cannot contact support or place a case ticket because I’m not a paid member. I just need to talk to someone about why I’m still being billed, but I can’t find an avenue in which to do so.  

Hi,One of our teams wishes to ensure that users with permission to send on behalf of a Shared Access account always send on behalf of that account rather than sending as their personal accounts.The users do not need to send personal envelopes.Is there anyway to restrict their access so that they can ONLY send on behalf of the Shared Access account, or is there a way to default to the Shared Access account when they login? Thanks

I’m working on creating and generating a document in Docusign CLM and sending it to Docusign eSignature along with the documents that needs to be signed. The challenge here is that the generated document should only be visible to the internal signatories and not for external signatories. I have enabled document visibility in my account. However, I’m currently manually updating the checkbox to add/remove visibility for signers. Is there a way to automate this process. I need the visibility to be automatically set to not be visible for external signers. Since the document is generated in CLM and the visibility setting is in the eSignature, how can we integrate or setup this automatically? 

I’m creating a template for a team that needs to send a document requiring initials and signatures from patients. After the patients sign, the sender or one of three people from a signing group needs to also initial and sign.Is there a way to setup this scenario so that a sender is automatically included as a recipient with the option to sign, or do I need to make separate templates for each possible sender?As of now, I’ve only been able to add the signing group to the template with fields for initials and signing (blue fields). If the sender creates an envelope and add themself as a recipient, it only gives the option to create another recipient (purple) that isn’t connected to those same fields.  Example of what I actually want:Tyr creates envelope from a template to send to a patient. The patient signs The envelope will then require either Tyr or the group (Raj, Mabel and Lola) to sign. Lola signs. Envelope complete.

HelloI was wondering if it is possible to see what specifically a user has changed when correcting an envelope.The history shows me that the user initiated a correction, but it doesn’t tell me what they corrected in the envelope.Is there a way to get this level of detail please? i.e. User A, changed text in pre-fill field called ‘Date’ from “10 March 2025”, to “11 March 2025”.I don’t mind if this is via a report that I can build? Also I am an administrator on our Docusign account in case that is relevant.Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

I’m getting “USER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED: One or both of Username and Password are invalid. I’ve set up radio buttons for required either yes or no questions.  I can choose an option ‘No’, but i still get prompted to choose.  screen shot for reference.  this CHOOSE comes after I’ve made my selections for the entire list of questions.
