Thank you for reaching out, and a warm welcome to the Docusign Community! We understand that your client is not seeing the updated price in the text field during the signing process, and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Upon checking, this can happen when an envelope contains multiple recipients, a text field is used to input the new price, and there is no signing order. In such cases, the text field's content is only visible to the recipient assigned to it during the signing process.
We recommend implementing a signing order or using a Pre-fill Document field, making it visible to all recipients during signing (with or without a signing order).
