The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded

I understand you're encountering a recipient limit error in one of your Developer accounts, while another account allows up to 5 recipients. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused you, and let us work together to sort this out.

Upon checking, this could be due to certain limitations. Could you please tell us when you created the affected Developer account? Also, is the email address you use in the DocuSign Community the same one associated with the Developer account with the issue?

Hi, 
I have a Developer Account, and doing integration into the custom CRM. The account details indicate the use of “97/Unlimited. However, I received a server error message during signing process. Number of recipients per envelope: 2-3:

Can you tell me what the reason might be? Are there any limits for developer accounts? How many recipients can there be in one envelope and in total?
