Hi,
I have a Developer Account, and doing integration into the custom CRM. The account details indicate the use of “97/Unlimited. However, I received a server error message during signing process. Number of recipients per envelope: 2-3:
errorCode\";s:24:\"RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED\";s:7:\"message\";s:104:\"The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded. The cumulative recipient limit has been exceeded.\";}
Can you tell me what the reason might be? Are there any limits for developer accounts? How many recipients can there be in one envelope and in total?
