Hello
Thanks for dropping by the Docusign Community! We're thrilled to have you here.
I understand you would like to know how to download the Web Form you created into a Word/PDF format before and after the signer completes it. Great question!
If you've created your Webform from an existing template ( Article: Build a New Web Form ), you can download the completed form as a PDF. This is because the fields from your Web Form are connected to the fields in the template, allowing a document to be downloaded once the Web Form has been completed. In this case, each completed Web Form submission is in the form of an envelope for signature (recipients are automatically redirected to the document with prepopulated fields for signing after filling out the Web Form ), which you can download under the Agreements Tab 👉 Download Documents
If you're using a Standalone Web Form ( Article: Build a Standalone Web Form ), which does not involve a template, there is no option to export it as a Word or PDF file. However, you can download a CSV file containing all the data collected from recipients who completed a form 👉 Download the CSV Results.
Lastly, the option to download the PDF is available only after the form is completed by the signer, regardless of whether a template was used or not.
I hope I answered your question. Feel free to follow up if anything’s unclear—we’re here to help!
