I upgraded my plan to enable bulk send, and manage branding because somehow the logo is showing massively (even through I’ve never added a logo) when trying to send envelopes. This is urgent and needs to be resolved ASAP. 

I have checked all settings, reviewed that payment went through, confirmed the transaction via email. This is absolutely wild that the platform doesn’t work.
