Hello Community!

I have two questions regarding Analyzer.

  1. Why is the “z_” in front of some of the labels/attributes? (z_ChangeOfControl)
  2. Can I create customized scorecards by copying the out-of-box scorecards?

I will need to take the training again. :-(

@Tosh Harris-Hogues Thanks for asking.  For those of you not familiar with the Analyzer product, this reply is relative to the Insight AI suite of the CLM+ product. So, in order:

  1. The z_ prefix is a naming convention used for the result fields from a scorecard rule.  Typically these fields contain either Yes or No indicating if the named label was found or not.  Sometimes it may contain an actual value extracted for or derived from the label, like a normalized governing law phrase; ex. Georgia was extracted and a rule normalizes that to State of Georgia.
  2. You can export the entire existing scorecard then import under another name to create a template for a new scorecard.

Let me know if those aren’t clear or you have additional questions, please.

Regards,
Jerry
