I am in HR and used the webform last year for people to fill out peripheral evaluations. If you don't know what those are, it’s an opportunity for an employee to essentially get references on behalf of their supervisor before the supervisor writes their yearly evaluation. What ended up happening is all the forms were filled out and I was responsible for routing the completed form to the correct supervisor.

I am wondering if there is a way for the person filling out the webform to provide an email address on the form and that provided email address would end up being a recipient of the document at the end.

Hello @jlyons445,

Yes, this option is possible. To do this, you must first create a template and set a signing order

Here’s a sample: the first recipient is the “Employee”, and the second recipient is the “Supervisor” (receives a copy)

Once the template has been saved, you may now create the webform.

This is the sample outcome. Since only the initial signer can fill out the form, they are the only one who can enter the recipient's information. After they complete the signing process, the completed copy will then be sent to the provided recipient
