Hi guys. I had document around year ago which I don’t remember if i signed and that document was voided later on after 2-3 month about what I was not notified. Im trying to figure out did I actually signed it or no and why it was voided but I cannot see it in history and check at what stage that document was abandoned. I do posses security code for that document but it says only that it was voided by specific person. How can I do it ?

@likle are you only is a signer or you also is the sender? Can you find the envelopeid?

@Hengfeng Ge thank you for replying. I believe Im only a signer because I received an invitation to sign it via email and there is also following text in email which contains id i guess

Visit DocuSign.com, click 'Access Documents', and enter the security code:

please open a case with support team, they can help you when you a recipient of an envelope.
