Hi guys. I had document around year ago which I don’t remember if i signed and that document was voided later on after 2-3 month about what I was not notified. Im trying to figure out did I actually signed it or no and why it was voided but I cannot see it in history and check at what stage that document was abandoned. I do posses security code for that document but it says only that it was voided by specific person. How can I do it ?

Hi All,Relatively new to Docusign and quite able to do the basics.  However, we are trying to build a workflow type process (for example) where when certain documents are signed, another file would automatically load for signature and sent. Does anyone have any insight to where I can go (forums, videos, etc.) on this site to learn more about features like this in Docusign?Thanking you all in advance!

Use Case:  have parents sign permission slips for scout camp.  Some families have more than one child going to scout campProblem:  I uploaded the permission slip and created a template.  I created an envelope for each family.  For families with more than one child going, I added more than one copy of the template to the envelope and renamed the file for each child.  When parents are going in to fill out the permission slip, data filled into the first form is auto populated in the second form. For example:  A family has two children going to camp and they have two permission slips in their envelope.  When filling out the first name field on the first permission slip, the same name is auto populating on the second permission slip.  How can each document in an envelope be treated as a completely separate document?

Hi,I am not sure if this is already a feature (forgive me if so). I frequently run into challenges with two parties signing a document and both wanting to be the second-party (last-party) to sign and both sign on their own instances of DocuSign.Is there a feature that allows for both parties to sign a document in their own DocuSign, and then only once both are signed on their own DocuSign instance, it gets combined into a final document through DocuSign (possible through a hashing method to ensure both documents are identical?Essentially, as a user, I’d like to sign a document in my own DocuSign account, and the document only become valid if the counterparty signs the same document themselves in their DocuSign, which results in a final executed copy with both signatures on the same document.Thanks!

 When the document is completed, you will receive the contracted document and the completion certificate in separate files by email. Is it possible to unify the files (approved document and completion certificate) into a single PDF when you receive the completion email?

Hi DocuSign Support Team (if any real human is still reading this),I’m beyond frustrated at this point.I signed up for a one-year paid plan, and within less than 24 hours, I realized I didn’t need it and immediately requested a refund. I opened a case right away — only to find that every single time, my case was automatically closed without explanation.Now it’s been over a month, and my plan has disappeared from my account. I no longer have access to any paid features, and even worse, I can’t even open a new support case because it says “only paid plans can open a case.” How is this even fair?Let me break this down: I canceled the plan within 1 day, which should be well within refund policy. Hi!Today, I tried to sign the same document three times and had to complete video confirmation each time. Two out of three times were successful, and I received confirmation that the document had been signed. Unfortunately, the sender can’t see it.I also can't see the signed document in my account, even though I'm using the same email address.

I am in HR and used the webform last year for people to fill out peripheral evaluations. If you don't know what those are, it’s an opportunity for an employee to essentially get references on behalf of their supervisor before the supervisor writes their yearly evaluation. What ended up happening is all the forms were filled out and I was responsible for routing the completed form to the correct supervisor. I am wondering if there is a way for the person filling out the webform to provide an email address on the form and that provided email address would end up being a recipient of the document at the end.

Unfortunately, the trigger does not work because I do not seem to have the necessary permissions. I am having issues related to RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED on what I believe is a free account.  Most of the responses to this have said the limit is 5 recipients.  I am trying to send 2 signers and 2 CC’d users and getting this error.  I have tried with different emails and everything and am still getting the same error.  Everything works fine if I take my CC’d users off the email.Any help would be appreciated.

Hello DocuSign Community,I am experiencing an unexpected issue with a document I created for signing by two parties.Here's a breakdown of the situation:I created a contract and correctly placed signature anchors for both Party A (myself) and Party B (the other signer). I double-checked to ensure each signature field was assigned to the correct party. Party B successfully signed the document in their designated area, and I received confirmation that their portion was completed. When I (Party A) go to sign my designated field, DocuSign is also requiring me to sign in Party B's designated field, even though Party B has already completed their signature. This means I am being prompted to sign in two places, one for myself and one that Party B has already signed.This behavior is incorrect, as Party B has already executed their portion of the contract, and I should only be required to sign in my own designated area.Has anyone else encountered this problem, or does anyone have insight into wh

Since the DocuSign update, I can no longer see the documents I sent in the last 6 months when searching for specific cases.The default setting is supposed to list documents from the past 6 months, but it’s not working. It was functioning correctly in the previous version.As a result, I now have to manually select the ‘All time’ filter every time I try to find specific cases—even if they were sent just yesterday.Can anyone help identify the cause of this issue? 

OK, this is rather frustrating. Love the UI and usability of Docusign, seems really simple. Now, I can gurantee (im a designer) my pdf and images are all high print quality, so nout to do with poor images. The pdf is absolutely fine outside of Docusign. However, when the customer received the pdf to sign, it massively degrages the images and look awful - to the point where I couldnt use Docusign for that reason alone. Why does it does this, anyone else experiencing this and is there anything i can do so that Docusign doesnt butcher the hours of branded material put together? It’s an 9mb document.  P.S/ Ad0be S1gn doesnt do this or degrade the pdf quality...come on Docusign. Please help.Thanks,David

I sent an envelope with new hire materials - I9, W4 and expected the templates to have fields for the new hire to edit - Name, etc. It only allows them to sign.  What did I do wrong?Thanks
