Docusign Redirect Url not allowing #

I want my redirect URL to be as below

When I add this redirect URL and try to save I get below error message

“This integration key could not be updated. Please try again in a moment.”

Does docusign allow ‘#’ in redirect URL?

The reason for the error is an invalid redirect URI — it contains a fragment (“# …”).

OAuth 2.0 forbids fragments in redirect URIs, and Docusign enforces this, so Admin won’t save it.

The redirect_uri must also exactly match a saved URI on the integration key and point to a real, reachable webpage endpoint (no hash fragments).

Fix:

Register a server-handled callback without “#”, e.g., https://advancers-test4-ms.digital.worldpay.io/dashboard/overview/portal/callback (or your app’s OAuth callback), then save and use that exact URI in your consent/auth URLs.
