I have seen a similar error here on Still I have some question about it. Do I need to add the addon for my developer account or is it for every user that use it?Also, where can I add the permission for it?

I’m trying to complete a transaction in France, but Docusign’s IDNOW will not verify my identity.  I’m using my US Passport (the new version received in 2023). I’ve taken numerous photos in various angles and lighting and have also made multiple scans to try to complete the process, but Docusign always indicates to either use a different document for identification or get a clearer image. My spouse was having the same problem, but he is lucky to be in a unique situation where he has the new US passport, but his old US passport is still valid until August.  He was having the same problem over and over just as I am, but then he tried his old passport, and Docusign accepted it immediately.  It seems like the company Docusign is partnering with in France to verify identity is not able to accept the more recent version of the US passport.  That is just my guess considering my situation.   Can anyone help with this situation?  Has anyone else heard of individuals not being able to get identi

There is an error on my invoice, so I try to contact Docusign Support. But no success.None of the login options on https://support.docusign.com/CSP_DSClogin?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2Fcases work for me.Choosing “eSignature, IAM Applications, Rooms, CLM, Notary” I get:“Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.”Which brings me back to the open the case page and back to non-functioning login. C’mon guys, really? is it how badly you want to loose customers that you don’t even give them the option to contact you?

I am creating an integration with my App using the .NET SDK. My App is written in VB.NET, and I have installed the package “DocuSign.eSign.dll” V 8.3.0 (latest). I have downloaded the C# JWTConsole example and tried that - everything works great! - I get the emails, I can sign, I see the envelope in the dashboard, status is “sent” etc… all good. This example is also using the DocuSign.eSign.dll package.My main project is in VB.NET, so I convert (using the Telerik C# to VB converter) the C# code, and paste that in to my project… with a little bit of tweaking here and there I can get it all “working” - insomuch as I can run it, I get no errors, I can log in to the Docusign dashboard where I can see the envelope with a status of “sent”, I even get webhooks from DocuSign with status of “envelope_sent” and “client_sent” - but I get no Signer email - I have checked that the email address is correct. I can click RESEND on the dashboard, but I still get no email.What could I be doing wrong? -

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone can shed light on an issue we’re facing with DocuSign. When sending a direct debit mandate for a limited company, the signature field is automatically pre-populating with the company name (e.g., “Test Limited”) based on the bank details keyed in by the intermediary. Ideally, this field should remain blank so the individual signing (e.g., “Mr Joe Bloggs”) can manually enter their name.While I understand the signer can overtype the pre-filled name, this relies on them noticing the issue—which isn’t always guaranteed. I’ve raised a support ticket with DocuSign and was told this behavior can’t be disabled, but it seems odd that there’s no way to prevent auto-population on just this document.Has anyone found a workaround or setting that stops this from happening? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

So I have seen a few people that have the same issue. I have tried the best answer to open support. Now I get this reply But I still can’t access developer account. Clicking on the button just redirect me to maestro page. i have tried to login with my email, but I can’t. I tried to change my password but it said that I don’t have any account.What should I do from this?

Is there any way to print or preview a draft envelope to send to a client for verification? For example, we use draft envelopes to start filling out a contract but want to occasionally send them a preview of their cost sheet for verification or modifications before we send the final contact to sign. Is there any way I can set up something to do this? 

i have an issue while using power automate to create an envelope using the step called “Create Envelope using template with recipients and tabs” i filled all the data and its sent clear but i can’t see the text fields i added for the recipients to fill the data and sign i don’t know if iam missing out on any thing

I have sent out a bulk envelope with a template I created with multiple data labels. One of the “cc” recipients on 40 or so of the bulk send now has requested permission to fill in text fields for her boss. I am not sure how to modify the envelope to allow her to fill in the text portions of the documents. Any ideas?

I have this working now, albeit without the custom fields; however, DocuSign wraps the Excel file within a ZIP file. I am using the C# SDK and the ListStatusChanges method to get multiple envelopes that we have open. The returned object Envelope class doesn’t appear to have a Comments property. It does have HasComments property but even this seems to be null on the returned object. I don’t see any options to include comments on the ListStatusChangesOptions class. The only Comments related API calls I see is to get the comment transcript as a PDF, however I really just want the comments themselves, not a PDF. It's worth noting, the API reference does show a Comments property on the Envelope object, but this does not exist in the C# SDK. Is there any way to get the comments using the C# SDK as objects, or is this just not possible at the moment?Envelope Class - Docusign CSharp Docs: DocuSign.eSign.Model.Envelope Class Reference

I’m using a DocuSign admin-privileged account, but I'm facing the following issues: While adding recipients, the “Sign with Notary” option is not visible. In Sending Settings, the “In-Person (Hosted) Signing Role” checkbox is disabled, and we’re unable to enable or disable it. Could you please help me resolve these issues or let me know if any specific features or permissions need to be activated from your side?

When creating templates having the ability to “Ctl S” to save as you are going along creating instead of having to exit the template will save a enormous amount of time and frustration to your clients. I thought the “Ctl S” worked when I was creating a multipage template to come to find out that I lost most of the work - my bad.I thought DocuSign was developed to work with that standard of saving documents like every other program I’ve worked with. 

Is there any way to apply my own signature to my own document that is larger than 25MB?  Can I access my document from my desktop and apply my signature?

Hi,All the documents have been added for in purge queue after set a retention period, which means that all documents will be in queue for deletion. The retention period has now been disabled but the documents still have the status that they are being deleted. How can that be restored? Or can we increase purge period for documents in queue.

I’ve noticed problems with the way that corrections are treated in docusign.   I’ve noticed this on both sides of the process actually;  both as a signer and the creator of a contract.  When a document is corrected it is not being resent to the recipients regardless of whether or not they have already signed.   In researching the issue it seems that docusign is not supposed to resend to someone who is only set to “receive a copy” which seems silly to me.  Our agreements are with the end user of our product and the general contractor sometimes doesn’t need to sign but they are not receiving an updated copy of the contract which is a problem for us.   Wondering if others experience is the same and how it is being dealt with.  thank you ! 

How can I drag & drop the signature boxes with more accuracy on an iPad. It's not as easily done as on the computer & I have to delete and start over every time. Really aggravating.

Hi,I've been trying to create a DocuSign developer account, but no matter which email I use, the registration process doesn't complete. I even tested the process with an existing email, expecting an error message indicating that the account already exists, but instead, the "Get Started" button stays in a submit state and nothing happens—no error message or confirmation.At this point, I'm unsure if the registration form is working correctly. I have attempted the process with five different emails and have also tried the following troubleshooting steps:Clearing cookies and cache Using a private/incognito window Trying a VPN Using a mobile device on a different networkDespite these efforts, the issue persists. I want to create a fixed text custom field that can optionally be placed in an envelope by the sender and can be visible to all recipientsThe Fixed text is APPROVED AS TO FORM:SANTA CLARA CITY ATTORNEY”S OFFICE I create the field as read only, with a fixed length but I get a box surrounding the text and it wraps around even though I lengthen the field on the document. How do I remove the box outline and stop the field from wrapping.  I have also tried creating 2 custom fields one for each line but I get the same behavior.
