Cannot access my plan despite paying and NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT

I have paid for my account and waited the “30 minutes” for set up (have used Docusign for over 15 years so I know what I’m doing). CANNOT ACCESS MY PAID SENDS and get in to a nightmare loop trying to access support. Also their chatbot DOES NOT WORK. Any suggestions?!?!?!
