It looks like the new SP cert has a different key from the 2026’s. - The pub keys(modulus) are different.
2028 Docusign SSO Self-Signed Certificate

Our IDP (Oracle IDCS) doesn’t allow to import multiple signing certs for an SP. It would have been transparent if the cert was renewed with the same key but it doesn’t seem the case.

I’m thinking that I might as well tell the business team that we need to react after DocuSign has started using the 2028 cert,  but it’d be great if I’ve missed something and anyone can suggest a way to make the transition without an interruption.

Hello @Jun Makino,

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community!

There will be an overlap period where DocuSign will accept both certificates. This should give you the flexibility to make the switch during a scheduled maintenance window, test your setup with the new cert, and revert to the old one if anything goes wrong.

The dates for this transition haven’t been announced yet. The only date to watch closely is when DocuSign stops accepting SAML responses from the old certificate. You may plan accordingly to test and switch before that cutoff to avoid disruption.

I hope this helps clarify things! Let us know if you have any further questions

Thank you for responding. I’m not sure if our IDP supports multiple signatures.

It’d be very helpful if the transition date+approx time can be shared in advance so that we can react quickly if anything goes wrong.
