Why is updating my email address not working and you have to PAY for support?!

First and las time using this trash.  I just spent $120 to join Docusign because yes it’s a popular and supposedly sure fire way to sign docs electronically but what a mistake!  I’ve been trying to update my email for over an hour now and have had worthless “support” from live chat telling me to just clear my history and change browsers and then try on another device and NOTHING is working except the same repeat repeat error message and then “support” texting every 5 seconds to see if we’re still connected.

I’m going to try one last time tomorrow… or cancel and cry fraud on this POS. 

 

If anyone has any similar experience or insights into solving this cluster I appreciate it.
