Hi all! Is it possible to manage actions of the carbon copy recipient, in particular stop the ‘View certificate of completion’?I need the cc recipient just to receive the email(when the envelope is competed) with the signed document(s) attached into it, and that’s it. Thank you in advance

Hi all,sorry if I missed this. My goal is to have each customer have a custom embedded document with ID verification and signing feature. To achieve that, I intend to :1/ Create an Envelope template with custom fields.2/ Write the API call to pass information to custom fields and necessary options to make ID verification and other required features. Still need to figure it out.3/ Create the iframe to embed all this.Did I break this down correctly?regarding 1/ I realized I needed to upgrade my standard plan to business pro plan to create custom fields.regarding 2/ I have not found the documentation to map out my variable values to the custom fields variables and test it. Would anyone point me out to the correct direction?

I am sending a a document with form fields for signing. Some form fields are getting filled with xml values. I am assuming that these form fields have rich text formatting enabled. How do I make sure that the form fields dont get filled with xml as shown below 

Hi guys, I’m trying to integrate a hyperlink button to my terms and conditions on my docs when sending to customers/signers.I can’t seem to link it up, I’ve tried using a text box and hyperlinking it, however its not allowing the function or showing the option at all.Any help is much appreciated.Kind regards

I send pdf files and they’re fine, but Excel files get cut off for the viewer/recipient. How do I solve this issue? Thank you.

I have 300+ purchase and sales agreements to send. I got familiar with the bulk send feature, including prefilling pertinent information with the CSV file.HOWEVER, in my case, each PSA needs to have a unique attachment appended to the PSA. A map with unit 1 circled needs to be appended to the unit 1 agreement, unit 2 circled needs to be appended to unit 2 agreement, etc.I have the documents with each iteration already created (circles applied), but I’m really hoping there is a way to automate this without having to manually assemble each package.

Am considering use of Powerforms for high volume business use case, so just trying to understand what action determines when a Powerform gets included into the envelope count.Is it triggered and counted as an envelope if they eg. just follow the URL link to the landing page where the PowerForm Signer Information becomes visible but then go no further.Or is it only once they have selected and activated under the “Begin Signing” button on that landing page that sees it included under our envelope count.

I start an envelope from the “Manage” option on the menu on top. I select an existing template and when I get to advance edit, I add a new document from template. Once I finish completing all the names, adresses, email subject and message, I click Next. But in the overview of my 2 merged documents some text boxes are missing. I check the original template and everything is in there. How can I fix this?

Can docsign be used to sign scanned documents with manual mark ups? 

When I hover over the radio buttons it shows the tooltip along with radiogroup name and radio button’s value. I don’t want user to see the radio group name and radio button value when they hover over radiobuittons. how to hide it using Docusign API

We want a recipient (and us) to receive not only the signed document, but also the Summary sheet.  Is there a setting to have that included by default?

Hello Docusign Community!,an issue appeared in march for us and after submitting support requests to Docusign, Adobe (we use esign there too) and Microsoft - I haven’t seen a resolution (finger pointing) and then just basically check back soon… 1. Open email in Outlook on the web which has attachment to sign is attached, click the Docusign icon -then click Sign Now.2. Proceed thru process of signing click Finish, "You’re all done" appears - good at this point.3. Click on "Send By Email", and a new email window appears, then an error just below the top ribbon appears, "The following files couldn't be attached: TestDoc.pdf. Please try again later."notes:The test document is 27kb. Latest versions of Chrome & Edge tested. Cleared caches, reboots, updates. Turned firewall off Windows 10 & 11. Multiple PCs at work and privately owned PCs tested.I

My question is, I implemented the send email in c# code(generated jwttoken and created an envelope, workflowid) and a frontend implementation, I am getting envelopeId and I am able to see the sent email in my developer account, but the mail is not receiving to their respective mails.

I am having lots of trouble searching and finding solutions from DocuSign, Currently our Loan Origination System (we are financial Institution) does not send their mapped fields such as Account number, thru their API. I'm wondering if anyone here in the financial industry (bank or Credit Union) have any pointers on how to retrieve the LOS mapped field in order for us to file it in Cold Storage. In recent past, we have observed that, due to down time of DocuSign, multiple agreements/envelops are not processed to next state even after signer has signed it. When we dig down it, we found that, events are not received from DocuSign due to down time.Ask is:Do we have any API where it indicates the upcoming maintenance information or down time? So that we can act accordingly.

I’m trying to understand the functioning and upgrade my application to the new standard for DocuSign but im having an issue around the ds_callback. It seems I can’t run my own docusign module without implementing the router service as well but that just redirects me away from my testing page. Is there a way around not having to use the RouterService in the example?

I am working on converting a bunch of hand written forms to DocuSign.  Our system uses the DocuSign API and connects to it using the C# .NET SDK.This works well for most fields and anchor tags but, recently, we have started adding fields like checkboxes and radio buttons.  However, it appears that radio buttons do not have any sort of measurement associated with them in their class (no scale, no width/height, etc.).  The only size related field I can find is fontsize, but changing that does not appear to change the size of the radio button.Is there any way to change the size of a radio button for a form submitted through the DocuSign API?

Good Morning!  I am somewhat new to DocuSign. When I upload the document and go to advanced options, it has a lock that is greyed out and says “Contact your administrator to enable recipients privileges”. Does anyone know how to enable them? I am the administrator for my account.  Thanks,

Is anyone else experiencing some discrepancies with the SMS Authentication process of signing documents electronically - we’re seeing these today for the first time it seems:In other cases where it is received, some (not all), the sms is being received as  ‘from’ 0432 344 240 with standard text “Your OTP is...” in place of the expected: ‘from’ DocuSign with standard text “Your DocuSign” authentication code is...” Some instances a mobile sms for a one-time password isn’t being received by the user; and then multiple attempts later the exact same mobile number will receive the sms - but it’s taking some users 4-5 triggers
