I must be stupid because I cannot find anywhere how to correct an email address of a contact.  For example, I sent an envelope to an incorrect email address.  I was notified that the email address was no good.  I went i and corrected the envelope with the correct address, however, the incorrect address is the only one that shows up in my contacts database.

I’m sorry to hear that the incorrect email address was saved, I understand the email belongs to a contact and you are looking for a way to change it.

You can change your contacts information by going to:

  1. Your profile picture/initials on the top right corner
  2. Select My Preferences
  3. Contacts
  4. Look for the needed contact and edit the email
  5. Save: Manage Contacts
