How to access a document

Question

I received an email that an author I know sent me a document to sign on Docusign.  So I created an account.  But I still couldn’t find a way to access the document.  Today I can’t even log in using the account info I just created yesterday.  The site said they were sending me a verification via email.  Never received that.  I asked to resend the code.  Still not received.  I hope this document isn’t too important because it looks like I’m never going to see it.

hello @Nancy WI hope you are doing great. if you received the document for sign, you do not need to create the account. but if you can not access the document then you ask sender to send you the copy of signed document.Thanks!
