Our Company deleted a user when she resigned, are we able to view the documents that was sent through her DocuSign or was that deleted along with her profile?

 

If your account has the feature known as Transfer Custody, then you can transfer that user’s envelopes to another users account for viewing: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301=&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=xyt1583277373629.html&_LANG=enus
