How do you disable envelope ID stamping in the document? I have set Envelope id stamping to false, yet it is still not disabled.

If you are sending with the Docusign Web App please see Control Envelope ID Placement.
If you are creating an API please see How do I control envelope ID stamping through the API? There is a section dedicated to controlling the envelope ID.
Also please make sure that you have the Envelope ID control feature enabled on your account for that you will need to create a case with Docusign Support. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.

You will need to open a case with Docusign Support, private information must be verified to enable the feature in case it is not enabled and that type of information cannot be disclosed in this public forum.
To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
