Some documents are not OCR’d when signatures are completed.  Odobe will not ODC documents post-signatures. If there a setting we can use to ensure documents are OCR enabled before signatures and, is there a process to OCR post-signatures? 

Our documents are stored in SharePoint and being able to search the document text/content is important for our organization.

Are you sending the document via the Docusign Web App or are using an integration? If an integration is being used, can you provide the name?
