Check If Current DocuSign Plan Qualifies for API Calls e.g. DocGen API

Hi Everyone, Does anyone know how I can check if my subscription allows use of specific API calls? We’re targeting for DocGen API, and I find this list Docusign Developer API | Plans & Pricing pretty vague. My current idea of checking is/are: via Account > Plan and Billing then checking for APIs in the plans and pricing. Or using Postman with existing apps and keys in our production account to check if it’ll pass (havent tried this yet) This is our first time to use APIs with docusign. Our apps and keys are automatically generated via the DocuSign Negotiate package that we have on Salesforce. I’m having a hard time contacting support and creating a case (as I do not have direct access to prod). Any suggestions how I can check it? Appreciate all your responses. Thank you!

Created App and Key with Redirect URI and RSA Key Pair. Sent request in format https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth? response_type=code &scope=YOUR_REQUESTED_SCOPES &client_id=YOUR_INTEGRATION_KEY &redirect_uri=YOUR_REDIRECT_URI. Best way to extract specific document from envelope

Hello all, I am a developer using the eSignature API (specifically the Envelopes API) to construct Envelopes from multiple Composite templates. My goal: I have a use case where I need to download a specific document from a signed Envelope. I want to understand the best / most efficient way to accomplish this. After taking a look at the API documentation, I see that the only way to download a specific document from an Envelope is to use the EnvelopeDocuments:get API, which requires passing in the documentId. I also know that despite specifying unique documentIds in each composite template, the documentId field is not guaranteed to stay the same as the envelope assigns new values to avoid any potential collisions. (See Referencing ID values here). This makes getting the documentId challenging, and I am wondering what is the best way to accomplish this. Background: We provide a onboarding portal as SaaS solution in a B2B environment. The onboarding portal allows our customers to manage the collaboration with their distributor, clients and so on. So basically every of their external partners need to go through the onboarding portal, that we provide. A part of this onboarding portal is the signing of business related documents (e.g. NDA, GDPR, ...). To fit our customers needs, we want to integrate DocuSign as a possible method to sign documents. Our customers have access to a configuration portal where they can customize their onboarding portal and invite new externals to process the onboarding portal. Process: Our customers can connect their DocuSign account to our app. With this connection they can choose which DocuSign account they want to use. CredentialSoap endpoint

I downloaded the DocuSignSample and put in my developer credentials and it fails with: javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: Response was of unexpected text/html ContentType. I am see help for other APIS, but not the CredentialSoap used in the code.

Docusign vs Ariba integration

We have an issue connecting SAP Ariba with docusign, the error specifies that the id from airba doesn´t match the id from docusign during the consent phase. Although both users are equal (matching also the lower and upper cases, no blank spaces also). See attached info with screenshots This integration works fine in our sandbox. Any clue?

Signer-Held Digital Certificates in developer account

Hi, How can I test signing using Signer-Held certificates in a developer account? I don’t have the “Signature Types” page in my admin settings (https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=yeq1686228229315.html&_LANG=enus) This article (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/esign101/concepts/standards-based-signatures/) mentions that “to enable QES Signatures for your developer account, contact Docusign Support. ”. However, I cannot open a support ticket either since I cannot authenticate to the support site using developer credentials…?

Anchor tab not working

Is symmetric encryption of JWTs (HS256) supported for ?

Is it possible to use HS256 symmetric encryption algorithm for generation of JWTs? I can only see the asymmetric encryption RS256 used in the walkthroughs. I am trying to consume https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token with a JWT to get an access token, but it would be easier if this was possible with HS256 JWT encryption.

Integration with Success Factors and styling is not being complied to?

We have Success Factors Recruiting and have used the standard API to connect to Docusign for e-signing the offer letters, work contracts etc The SF editor is quite poor and despite my efforts to date I cannot get the ‘ok in SF preview’ to be the same in Docusign. I have tried explicit inline CSS, using tables and using CoPilot to help me with variations of simple HTML that is then rendered correctly in Docusign. The Text is too large on the whole when it gets to Docusign.The issue I think is that the SF end is HTML that Docusign tries to convert to a PDF - we use ‘tokens’ or preset field variables in the SF side to populate fields like name date etc. Would be very appreciative of anyone who has navigated this issue or can help with guidance on further steps to try thanks Darren

Unable to create developer account

Hi, I've been trying to create a DocuSign developer account, but no matter which email I use, the registration process doesn't complete. I even tested the process with an existing email, expecting an error message indicating that the account already exists, but instead, the "Get Started" button stays in a submit state and nothing happens—no error message or confirmation. At this point, I'm unsure if the registration form is working correctly. I have attempted the process with five different emails and have also tried the following troubleshooting steps: Clearing cookies and cache Using a private/incognito window Trying a VPN Using a mobile device on a different network Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Could someone please assist me in resolving this? Thank you.

Decline option

Hi, We have a problem with the option to decline to sign, using the python sdk with sms authentication, we still have the decline button even when adding the property in to the DocuSign_SignResource file and add the file in the brand admin. In addition, as soon as we click on the decline button, the signature is rejected without any reason being given. Do you have a solution?

I have a RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error but only passing one recipient

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I am integrating with Docusign using the PHP SDK in Laravel. Everything was working perfectly until a request came up that I should have 2-factor authentication. I did it via SMS. I was able to send 1 envelope successfully. After that, I am only receiving this error: "error_code" => "RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED""message" => "The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded. The cumulative recipient limit has been exceeded." I am only sending 1 recipient. Reuse Existing App and Integration Keys in Production for API Calls

Hi everyone, Just want to ask this question that’s been bugging me. We currently have an existing package for Salesforce DocuSign Apps Launcher - DocuSign Negotiate and a DocuSign Plan (which I’m not sure of) cause it was purchased 4 years ago. When I tested the Docu Gen Api , it was working on our demo sandbox. But am not sure if that’s going to work in our current live production. So, my idea is -- can we use the existing apps and integration key that’s in our production right now for our custom api integration build or do we still have to go through the api go-live process where we have to push the integration keys from Developer to Production account? Appreciate all your inputs!

Integration not displayed in Production account Apps and Keys

Hi, Recently I’ve been trying to set up an integration between DocuSign and an external system. I completed the setup in a Developer account, finished the 20 test connections and passed the go-live review (on the 2nd attempt). However, the integration still does not appear in our Production account’s “Apps and Keys” page. The Apps and Keys page of the Developer account shows our integration, stating that the Go-Live review has passed with a link to the Production account. When this link is used, I’m taken to the empty Apps and Keys page of our Production account. I submitted a ticket to DocuSign support about 2 weeks ago, and they have so far not been helpful at all. Any assistance that could be provided here would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Dynamically populate Custom Tab list from a REST API Call.

I am attempting to populate the values in a custom tab (type: list) by making a call to a REST API we host. The use case is that we are having residents of a senior living facility who are signing lease disclosures in Docusign, and we want them to indicate the name of the facility (from a list) and their resident ID from the electronic health records system they use at the facility. Both of those lists are ever-changing, so they need to be dynamically updated as each envelope is created and sent. My question is, is there a way to dynamically populate a custom tab list by calling a REST API?

1. After filling in the corresponding template in docusgin, is there a "save" or other status? Can the third-party system - Hesi obtain it? 2. After filling in the template and pushing it to Hesi for approval (non-sending status), is there a way to prevent the business party from modifying the contract template content in docusgin to avoid inconsistency with the approval content? 3. For fixed templates, because they are pushed to the third-party system - Hesi for approval, the system will automatically send the contract to the customer for signing, so can the send button of these templates be canceled or restricted? Prevent the business party from sending manually.
