How to integrate an approval flow through a digital certificate validated by ICP Brasil?

You can find the TSP in Brazil which validated by ICP Brasil is Safeweb:

After you add SafeID in Signature Type of Docusign Admin console, then you can select the Signature type as SafeID.

Docusign also support Signer-Held Digital Certificates:
