I am having issues related to RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED on what I believe is a free account.  

Most of the responses to this have said the limit is 5 recipients.  I am trying to send 2 signers and 2 CC’d users and getting this error.  I have tried with different emails and everything and am still getting the same error.  Everything works fine if I take my CC’d users off the email.

Any help would be appreciated.

Free trial accounts have many limitations, including the number of carbon copy (cc) recipients. From what I have been able to verify internally, it’s possible that your trial account only allows 1 CC user during the free trial period.

Unfortunately, I do not have the enough tools to verify this information, as I’m not part of the technical support team.

 

Therefore, my suggestion is that you try to send the envelope with only 1 recipient in CC. I know this is not what you are looking for, but this seems to be the limit for your account.

As ​@Vinicius.Rodrigues mentioned this behavior happen due to some limitations from the Developer Account. You can submit a ticket for the support team as they can review these settings and analyze the possibility of disabiling these limitations.
