Stripe Gateway not sending Instant bank account Verification

Hi.  I have the Stripe gateway configured to accept instant bank account verification, yet every ACH payment put through the gateway gets sent to Stripe with microdeposit verification.  I’ve confirmed with Stripe that the account is properly configured for instant verificaiton, and the Docusign gateway config is also configured for that.  Using the Docusign UI.

Even after I verify the account information (the customer sent me the 2 microdeposit amounts), when she goes back to the document to pay, there’s an error since there’s no payment amount - see the attached discrepency.

Curious about this one as I am experiencing the same problem.   I can process directly through Stripe, but not through Docusign.

Thanks, At the ACH transfer I am putting a good routing number and account number in.  


But then get the following email as soon as I hit submit:

Having the same issue.  If I do a payment via a Stripe paymentlink, ACH bank validation works as designed.  It does not work via Docusign.

Any resolution available?

I recently upgraded my DocuSign plan to get this payments feature working, and it has been a huge headache from the start. Working with docusign support has been a nightmare, with an ongoing case that has been open for 3 weeks.

We reached out to stripe several weeks ago, and they identified the issue is within Docusign, the way the 3rd party integration is set up. Docusign is using an old API that prevents instant bank verification for ACH. A customer is created incorrectly in docusign, and when transferred to Stripe, payment info on file cannot be charged at all. 

Stripe explained the issue, sent instructions, and I’ve been fighting with docusign support, more so this week because I don’t get timely updates, and if I do they’re vague. They have tried to close my case several times unresolved! At this point we are considering switching to another esig platform.

I’m wondering if enough customers opened cases about this issue, would the engineers at docusign work more quickly to update the stripe integration? It’s been incredibly frustrating to upgrade/pay more for a feature that doesn’t work.
