I’m having a problem performing a signature on a very important deal and I can get ZERO help with it. I ended up paying for one full month of pro membership so I could create a case for the problem and it STILL says I am unable to open a case with my current plan.

AND I can’t find anyway to email anyone about it!?!?!?!

This is insane! HEEEEELLLLPPP!!!!

I apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried using the more option at the end of this page, which says to Open a case in the Docusign Support Center?

Can you provide your email address and account number via a DM?
