I’ve recently had to sign important documents through docusign, and thoroughly read through them on my phone beforehand.I noticed portions of text in the contract that I didn’t recognise or was even told should have been struck from the document. I also noticed weird horizontal lines below some pages/sections. When I called the supplier of the document, they sounded surprised and said that the sections I mentioned had strike-through applied on their end.And indeed, the desktop version of the document was fine. Somehow, the mobile version moves the horizontal strikes away from the text, to somewhere below it. This is obviously a software bug, but I wouldn’t call it minor:The fact that this formatting, something that completely changes the contents of a contract, is stored separately as something visual (horizontal lines) instead of a property of the text itself (formatting) is very concerning. (I have no idea what category to file this under)
I am trying to complete the information so I can notarize company documents via Docusign, but don’t see my state (Michigan) under Jurisdiction...
Upon my renewal date, I received a notice that my credit card number previously used, was no longer valid ( I reported a card stolen earlier that year). I decided to downgrade my subscription as I was not fully utilizing this particular plan. So I chose a lesser (paid) plan and entered my new credit card number. It automatically charged me my more expensive, previous plan on this new credit card number. I’ve contact Docusign several times to reverse this and enroll me into the lesser plan. I am getting a major runaround and being asked to send them an email stating, I understand their refund policy and they will “consider” my changes. Has anyone else experienced such a difficult and un-customer friendly process as this? What can be done here?
We recently upgraded out plan to be Intermediate API Plan, which should give us access to 100 envelopes per month - however when I log into my account it says im out of envelopes - how would i resolve.
Account with CFRplan item cannot send envelopes through the mobile app.
Hello,We are collecting payment after someone signs an envelope using the Stripe gateway.Someone’s payment was declined and we think it might be because the credit card is issued with a different version of her name.If this is possible, is there a way to provide the name that is on someone’s credit at the time that they select the payment? It seems cumbersome to ask someone what name is on the credit card (or bank account for ACH) before sending them the Docusign envelope. Thank you.
I work for IT and have admin access. The employees of the stores we own are not able to access the templates from the mobile app. They all use Samsung tablets and are able to access the templates from their browser. Is there any reason it might not work from the mobile app?
I am trying to make a card payment on docusign but the following error massage shows up: "unable to authorize payment, try again later". Please help resolve this.
Integration of docusign and stripe, who can help you figure it out. The point is that after the purchase, the client receives a letter to familiarize himself with the offer and the rules of the course
Hi everyoneI just paid for an annual subscription for Docusign and plan to claim the cost from my employer. I can see the invoice, but not a receipt acknowledging the payment. Can anyone help me find this? Dave
Hello, This may be a ridiculous question but here it goes. Every time I need to add a checkbox to a document and require the client to validate at least one of the boxes. I’m only able to do this on a Mac or PC browser. This feature is completely unavailable on iPhone or iPad. When I go to do checkbox on, iPhone or iPad. It just gives me one box, there’s no option to Group another box to that or any anywhere you can validate just one box or the other. Can somebody confirm this is correct? thanks :)
Our account is setup and ready for Notary. We have gone through the entire setup process. Once we get to the spot where we are trying to notarize a document - it is not letting us setup the video call - furthermore we are getting the following error.“The account specified is not properly provisioned for collaboration. DocusignIntegration::GroupConfugrationError”
