Hi,

I need assistance with an issue regarding the bulk send function. I sent an envelope to approximately 180 people, but the majority claim they never received it. However, the history shows that the envelopes were delivered on the day they were sent. Last week, I was asked to resend the envelope to these users, and some even show as having viewed the envelopes. The managers believe it might be a glitch with DocuSign, but I don't understand how the system can indicate delivery if the recipients didn't receive it. They have all checked their junk folders, and the email addresses are correct.

can open a case with support team and let they check whether the email is arrived to customer’s mail server.
