I have been CC’d on several completed documents but was not able to receive a copy. 
Please help me figure our what went wrong? or how to solve this.

There are a few common reasons why you might not be receiving completed copies of documents in DocuSign, even if you were CC’d.

Email providers occasionally flag automated emails (like DocuSign notifications) as spam. Search your spam, junk, or promotions folders for “DocuSign” or the sender’s name.

Go to Settings > Notifications. Make sure that the notifications for completed documents are enabled.

Thank you for your comment. This has been very helpful! We’ve managed to locate the missing emails, and they were, in fact in the spam (hiver-pending).
