Signature placment issue

Hello there, I have an issue in signature placement, as in local the signature is attached to the related field/tab as you can see in the images, but in staging env with same credential and configuration , it is not working fin
please note that I already added custom document fields

Are you leveraging Auto-place? It sounds like there might be a difference in your implementation between your two Docusign Demo accounts. It also seems like this is from an integration? If you can give more details, that would be helpful!
