Hi, I created a PowerForm for 3 recipients, the first 2 recipients need to complete and e-sign the document. The 3rd recipient is set up as "CC RECEIVES A COPY" in the template.  When I test the PowerForm, I noticed that I'm able to click in the email address of the 3rd recipient and delete and/or change the email address. When the PowerForm goes live, I don't want any of the recipients to be able to click on the 3rd recipient's email address and delete or change it. Is there a way to disable this? Does DocuSign provide an option to disable recipients from editing a pre-set recipient information? I tried to use the Advanced Setting on the Edit Template page for "Recipient Modification" but I don't think it is the correct application for this. I also tried to search for this topic in the Community, but couldn't find any postings. Thank you!

I am stunned at the lack of functionality of DocuSign. I obviously did not kick the tires enough before I purchased a plan. I made a template, made a Powerform, tested the power form and thought, "Great!" Now I am trying to manage the forms and the interface is one disappointment after the next. I am with a soccer club. I need the same forms signed by 700 players. I want to use PowerForm and post the link to our website. Problem 1: I cannot add any fields to identify the user. Name and email only. I want users to be able to enter parent name, player name, team, email. This basic function is not an option. Problem 2: Since I have no identifying information, I will need to look at each individual parent name, look up their child, look up what team they are on, move that form to that folder. when I receive a DocuSign it comes back to my deleted Hotmail account and I do not get it on my mobile 

I have a consent form that needs to be signed by parents.I have a list of 500 parents & their email addresses.Each email address needs to receive their own copy of a form and fill out their child's name, check a box indicating a preference & sign the document.Currently, I have only been able to send the same document to multiple people, but in my case, each person needs their own copy of a document.Is this possible without having to individually send the document 500 times?

I'm having trouble when I share a template with the signatures and text fields saving... so if one of my associates choose one of my templates and just sends it, there are no fields to fill in or places to sign???

Using AutoPlace fields for signature and name and data successfully since they clearly are prompted for when using the AddRecipient function in a workflow in Dynamics 365 but since there isn't a specific field to map the job title of the person, where is the title autoplace field type pulling from?  It appears that the first time it is an editable blank field to the enduser and if you send to the same person again, it remembers the last title and uses that.  I want it to be able to pull from Dynamics but I do NOT want to use a template since templates are of little use to how we use this since our documents are not static in length.  We use autoPlace fields and with Title being an option, need to simply know where DocuSign thinks the title is to pull from.

Hi, I was invited to sign a document. I had no account at that moment. Accidentally I chose a custom signature. I couldn't change it since I wasn't registered. I finished the document, signed up, changed my signature and initials and now I can't enter the document to use my changed signature and initials. The document is still waiting for three other people to sign. How can I re-sign the document with my new signature? Thanks.

Can I pass a radio button value and checkbox values through a URL using Powerforms in DocuSign? These values would come directly from an application, and I wish to have them auto populate along with the other information from my website.  Fortunately I have found a way to autopopulate everythig except my radio buttons and radio buttons.The plan is to have whatever values are associated with the clicked or selected check boxes and radio buttons appear in a bcustome text field in my template. I am not sure how to do this. I saw that you add to the URL witht he role and custome tag, but what would go int he value portion if i do not know ahead of time what the user will choose or who the user even is.    powerformURl&role_custometag=Value I would appreciate the help. I am also aware you can use the API, but you cannot combine API with the Powerform. thanks in advance for the help

Hi,  I have sent docs to these emails several times before I am getting an error message "Documents sent for signature could not be delivered"

We are looking to embed a DocuSign offer letter into a webpage experience. Do we are going to send candidates a unique URL that takes them to a welcome experience and we need to embed the DocuSign document specific to their offer on a webpage. Has anyone done a unique DocuSign like this?

When a document (e.g. Word) gets signed a PDF is automatically generated. In Acrobat under "Document Properties > Security" I noticed that "Document Assemly" is set to "Not Allowed". Is it possible to configure docuSign so that Document Assembly is allowed? Background: a downstream application (publishing system) can only process PDFs where Document Assembly is allowed.Thanks, 

I am the DocuSign Administrator. One of the individuals who completed and signed a now fully executed document neglected to add text information on one line. As the administrator can I edit this document to add the information? I don't seem to find a way to do so. Thank you. 

I'm a new assistant manager under the main manger.  I need to see all requests that come into the main manger.  Is there a way to add me so that any request that is sent to the main manager is also sent to me?

I have a folder with a little over 40 signed documents I need to share with someone. Is there a way to *send* or *share* the folder so I don't have to forward each document one by one? 

Hi, do you know if its possible to get notified when say one person signs when there are 3 people required to sign? At present we will get an email once all signers have signed the documents. Can you find out as soon as each person has or it has to wait for all 3 to sign before we get notified?

Can you advise if an Administrator can change the Text name of the person receiving and signing the document? For example: change the first name from Bob to Robert. Can the admin. for DocuSign update the first name or does the person receiving the document to sign have to update their name. Thank you

Hi, I regard my contract as entered on the date the last person signed the contract. I would like to have this date in my documents. I guess it's the same as the completion date. How can I include a "dynamic" completion date field/tab in my document? I don't want to add dates for each signature, just 1 date for completion (i.e. last signature).

Dear community,The Envelope Originator address displayed in the first section of the Certificate of Completion is not the one displayed in the user account. How can we modify this address? We have different offices with different addresses.Regards.

I have a document that will go to multiple recipients however only one of those recipients need to sign and once they do I want the envelope to show complete. Is there a way I can do this? 

When I create a document and fill out all the information and then complete and send it to be signed all the information I entered is gone or part of the information is missing?  When I go back and preview it the info is there but after I email it it is all gone.

The instructions I was given included this: NOTE: When you are prompted to sign the document, please click "Review Documents" and NOT "Sign on paper". "Review Documents" allows us to collect the documents electronically rather than by fax. But as far as I can tell the only thing I can do with the document is to sign it.  Any idea what I'm supposed to do? I'm using the web app in Chrome.  The specific sub-domain is na2.docusign.net (NOTE: I've been unable to get hold of the person who gave me the above instructions, so I can't ask for any clarification).

Hi, we are looking to adopt DocuSign in our finance teams but many of the documents that we currently use are in Excel with pre-populated formulas. We can see that there is a formula button but can't work out how to add a formula. I'd really appreciate some advice from someone who has experience of this, please? Many thanks in advance

For attachments, is the "collaborative" option available?  I have a form in which I'd like the option to have either one of the 2 recipients attach the file being requested. Thanks for your help!
