I've just created my docusign account today and need to submit a document for signature. According to the video tutorials I've watched, the way I do this is to start by clicking the 'New' button positioned in the top banner of the homepage. However I don't seem to have this button. Do you therefore know how I can get this added? or how I can send envelops in another way?

When I have seen this in the past it was due to lack of permissions. I would start by checking your Permission Set associated to your DocuSign User, and in that permission set make sure the permission "can send an envelope" is checked, then Save. If you change the Permission Set or Permissions make sure to logout and back in to see if you have the option to choose New, Send an Envelope. If this does not work or if you are unable to change or update a Permission Set that typically means you are not a DocuSIgn Admin on the Account (which would be strange because you state that you created it just today).
