We find that when we identify a recipient with the "Specify recipient" role, the message "An error has occurred while saving one of the recipients. Please try again" appears and also, when we click Next, another message "Account does not have permission to send to Agent recipient type."A few weeks ago it didn't give us errors and now it does. What is the reason? Can you help us?

Hello,I have received an email with a link for sign a contract. It is a link, so I can't charge it in the Docusign because it ask to charge a document that is in my computer or google drive.The problem is that the document want my sign, but the sign is standard, with only my name and surname but different calligraphy. Is it correct? Is it valid?I want to use for security my personal calligraphy, so I saved it on my official DocuSign account, but I can't open the link on my account because it is on the private email (Gmail). The esignature add don't work because it see only the attached.

My name is spelt correctly everywhere except my signature. I can edit and change my name on my account but when I sign documents it is spelt incorrectly. I cannot seem to figure out how to change this.

Is there a way to have multiple sigures available on one form?  while also not making every single signature mandatory to complete the document?  For example, a consent form that is used for either adults or children who need parents/gurdians to sign a differnet line for their children or wards.  Thanks!

I'm creating a template that requires the signer to provide their address multiple times.  I would like to create a custom field that the signer enters their address once and the document self-populates the address throughout the document similar to the way Fields "Name" or "Title" work.  I'm new to DocuSign so any help would be appreciated. thank you
