How do I included the signed documents into the automatic DocuSign completed email ?

I have tried to change it on settings however its still just sending a link to view the signed copies.

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

In the Settings tab, in the signing settings menu are the options to edit the delivery of the completed documents, however, if the completed files are over 5MB they will not be attached to the email notification.

You can create a case at https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport and a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
