I'm looking to bulk download combined documents, preferably using a date filter.

I'm working from the Completed Quick View on the Manage page. I currently have to click the download button on each item:

imageAnd this pop up displays where I then have to select Combined and Download.

I'm able to filter the results on this page and I see an Export as CSV option.

Is there a way to select all the docs and bulk download as Combined?

If not, how do I open an enhancement request?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

You will need to request the stand-alone product called DocuSign Retrieve to customer support via a support case, with this you can bulk Download envelopes.

If you want to submit an enhancement request you will need to create a case with DocuSign Support

I already use Retrieve. It also downloads as separate documents rather than combined. Is there a setting in Retrieve that I missed for Combined? Also, in my current use case with Retrieve, I need both separate and combined documents. After running Retrieve on the separate docs I believe there is some tracking to prevent downloading those docs again. Can I get around with this if downloading Combined docs?


Hello,

The File Save Format controls how Retrieve handles the envelopes it downloads. For any of the selections in this menu, you can also choose to save the Certificate of Completion along with the file itself. All download options will also include a .CSV (Comma-Separated-Value) file with a summary of what was downloaded. Selections made under the Output Columns tab determine the content of the CSV file.
