I am trying to modify a document that has already been signed and it is giving me a message that says, “Without the owner password, you do not have permission to create or modify annotations in the document.”  How do I get the password or remove this feature?

One of the security questions to access my documents to sign asked me to identify the color of a former car. Problem: none of the choices had the right color of the car. I wasn’t allowed not to answer so I picked one at random and failed the test and couldn’t access my documents. Extremely annoying. What to do now?

I have a form that needs to be sent to minors and their parents/guardians.In some case, minors have their own email address and are perfectly competent to fill out the form.  In this scenario, I then just have a box where their parents/guardians (who will be listed as an additional recipient, with their own email) can sign to confirm they are aware of everything that’s been asked of in the form and they are happy for us to have this info.HOWEVER, and here lies the question…Some minors (e.g. 11 yr olds) don’t have email addresses (in which case I would use the parents email), or do have an email but aren’t fully competent to fill in the form. Can I make it so their parent or guardian could fill in that section on their behalf, but also so that the minor could fill in their section if they were competent enough.In essence, can you make it so that a filed could be filled in by either recipient?Many thanks,TeulaB

Hi, I want to create a powerform with just a link so multiple people can sign verus me email them. I want to host it on our website.I tried to create a powerform and template but I get this message - Cannot create a PowerForm from the selected template.Please help.

I am working in a big organisation, and someone sent Docusign to customer. Now I wanted to make some changes and to resend the same Docusign, how can I change sender name and email from my colleague details to mine. When I VOID and copy the Docusign, it is now allowing me to change Sender name and email.

HiHow can I remove the logo from emails that are sent to clients? Is it possible to add my logo instead? Thanks! 

Here is our query - we have a company DocuSign account where multiple people will need to sign a document, but occasionally a signer down the line (#3, #4, etc) sees an issue and needs to make an edit to the form - does this cancel the envelop and a new one started? Or is there a way to make the edit at that #3 spot and keep the template going through the work chain, while informing the previous signers that an edit was made?

I’m trying to send a document for signature, but the system is autofilling my signers title, which has chanaged.I cannot figure out how to turn off the autofill.  Help appreciated!

I am trying to use templates for the first time to circulate policies for signature to employees.  I created the template, inserted a role name area to fill in on sending, attached the files and created the fields and saved the template.  When I went to use the template, I inserted the name and email of who it was going to and pressed send and received a message something like “You must create the 1 pre-fill field of Sender”. Can someone point me in the right direction for this?

I have deleted all my signatures from the management website, but the signature in the document still exists and cannot be removed. Hi all, I work for a financial services firm and are looking to use docusign for client documents.  One of the requirements is that my account must support, “legacy KBA / ID check, SMS or Phone Authentication and the Dcoument Visibility feature”.  Where do I go in my account to see if I have these features? Thanks!

I currently have the personal plan, I just renewed it in February 2024, if I want to change to the standard plan, can I only pay the proportional part or would the standard plan start from today with a duration of one year? Please have someone from sales contact me.

This may just be a wish for DocuSign to make it better. I have 200+ signing groups. If someone switches roles within the organization and happens to be a signer, my life is miserable, because I have to:Guess which signing groups they’re a member of, and if it’s not clear, share their envelopes and looking at their signing history.  Look at every single signing group from that department one by one and check if the user is part of it Remove the user one by one from signing groups. Why can’t it just be like shared access, and I can see it on the User’s profile?! Is there a better way that I’m just missing?

Hello, I have an employee form in Excel. I would like to send it over to Docusign once I have added information from Excel. Then in Docusign have the employee fill out their part and send it back to me as a pdf. How can I send from Excel a unique form each time for the employee to fill in the blanks

I have quite a few envelopes in my signing cue.  How do I change the order that Docusign opens them for signature?

Not sure why?  Any suggestions.

When multiple people sign the same document, is it possible to remove the option that notifies the others when one of them declines?

Because our company is international, has many divisions and many legacy standards, some departments require date format to be YYYY-MM-DD, while other require DD-MM-YYYY and our current format is DD-Month-YYYY (Month is spelled out, eg. April, June, December)I know that our DocuSign Admin (I am not an admit) can change the format for every DocuSign account related to our company, but this will not help me, as this will just set a new default for all documents.What am looking for is an option to use different date formats, for different documents / templates.Is there some way to achieve this?

Are you able to have an e-signature as well as a physical (scanned) version?  When I try to add my scanned version, it just overrides my e-signature.  

This is what my flow needs to be:known - ‘needs to sign’ Known and needs to add their signature but then also this person needs to add the next unknown contact.  I cannot call them ‘Specifies Recipient’ as then they cannot add a signature.  So i need to add them as ‘needs to sign’.  I then tried added tis person again as a ‘Specifies Recipient’ to be able to add person 3. this needs to be a person dictated by person 2. i tried adding person 2 again as ‘specifies recipient’ but it wont let me leave the name and email fields blank for person 3.  Person 3 needs to add the details for person 4. this person needs to be the signatory which was added by person 3 and will be ‘needs to sign’.the error messages keep coming up against person 3 which is the second specifies recipients in the workflow.  How do i structure this so person 2 can dictate person 3 whilst also beng able to sign themselves. and then person 3 can dictate person 4 witho
