Hi,

 

I have an agreement that I need to send to multiple people using our email client. Is it possible to send 1 email to all or will each user need a separate email? 
I cannot use the bulk feature because I need to send it via the email campaign tool we have

You need one email address for every recipient that needs to sign. You can add them to the signature workflow and if you want they all receive the email in parallel to sign the document without any order.
