Start on adopt option not available

Question

Hello,In my account, the “Start on adopt” option at Signature Adoption Configuration is not available.I can select only Start on draw and Start on upload.Can you please help me to activate this option?Thank you.

@skoukouPlease raise a ticket with Docusign Support to explain the issue and update the Signature Adoption Configuration as this seems like an account misconfiguration or may depend on other settings.At the bottom of that screen the potential signature styles that can be used for adoption are listed. Can you check if at least one is selected? It shouldn’t be possible to deselect all of them and should automatically select “Arial Unicode”.
