Hello docusign community,
we observed a problem with our disclosure html. We need the placeholders [[ChangeEmail]] and [[ChangeEmailOther]] for our different organisations and at the moment only the placeholder [[CompanyName]] works fine. (Path: settings, signing and sending, legal disclosure)
Does anyone have a configuration tip for us?

I’m sorry to hear that the placeholders for the email change is not working, I understand that only CompanyName is working as needed.
