Under my original plan, there are 5 documents can be sent and I used up all last month. However, there is no available document can be used in this month.. Would you please check why I can’t send any document in this month now.

The envelopes will refresh not on the 1st day of the month, but depending on your individual cycle. For example if you created the paid account on the 15th of the month, you will get the new envelopes every month on the 15th.
