Hello, I would like to know if there is a way for me to give other people in my company “view rights” allowing them to log in Docusign and view the status of a document. Right now, I can add people to receive a copy only once a document is signed, but is there a way to keep them in the loop before the signatures are finalized?

I will suggest the best practice is to give the “DS Viewer” user permission for eSignature. this way can solve your problem statement.
