Hello,

how can my staff use docusign without needing a daily authorization code emailed to me?

I understand you are looking for a way for your users to use Docusign without needing to verify each time they login.

Can you provide more information?

Are your users accessing your Docusign directly or do they have their own account under the general account?

It sounds like you/they have enabled 2 step verification on your/their account, this can be disabled by:

  1. Selecting your profile image and click on "Manage Profile": Turn Off Two Step Verification
  2. Select "Privacy & Security".
  3. If required, login to your account to authenticate.
  4. In the "Login Security" section, toggle off two-step verification.
