How to make Electric name seal (Electric Hanko)through making the contract sheets?

Hi everyone,How can I see contracts that been sent by someone else while i’m NOT the first signer? Right now when somebody sends a contract and i’m the 2nd signer I will not know about the contract until it will be my time to sign. It doesn’t show under “Waiting for others” as well. Thanks!

Hi Team, Have referred to the following https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=srv1583277356044.html&_LANG=enusin an to attempt to Lock the recipient name in some templates I hold, however cannot see any option to Limit this?Could you assist with further steps on how to have this enabled?  I can get as far as Settings -> Signing Settings -> However, cannot see the following options: Signature Adoption Configuration -> Lock Recipient Name I am an admin on our Docusign account too.  Thanks, 

Before uploading documents, do I need to make them fillable?

 Hey, Everytime I try to upload my brand I get an error message. Any ideas on what i’m doing wrong.  

I added drop down boxes to a document, but I have to select the information all the way on the right side of the program. Why does by list not drop down when I click on the drop down arrow?

I just signed up for the monthly standard plan for 3 Users. It says on my plan summary that I have 30 envelopes. Then on the other users he has sent 3 envelopes and it says he is out and needs to upgrade. For the standard plan, shouldn’t it be 100 envelopes each?

Hello.A couple of weeks ago I got a notice from DocuSign that stated that my subscription was going to be renewed. I made a switch request to reduce my subscription and got a confirmation that it would be switched at renewal. The new setting were significantly cheaper. However, I just received a notice that the subscription was renewed with the old settings and I charged the previous amount as well. How can I fix this? 

Can you create a template to split pdf documents in a personal account? Or with a standard Docusign account? Or only with a business account?

Hello,We work with a company who has setup their Docusign to send multiple unique envelopes in a single email. This is not bulk send or something like that. Imagine this:I am the recipient and I get an email from Company A. It contacts multiple sign here links. Each link is a separate envelope. This kind of experience would have multiple use cases. Any ideas on how they are doing it?

How do I use DocuSign as a blind person who needs to send envelopes? I started by creating the document in Office Word and then uploaded it to DocuSign. I was able to go through most of the process but one thing was my problem. When I clicked on the add fields area, there was no intuetive interface showing me where to place the fields thereby leaving me stranded. Also, I could not read the document on the interface using my screen reader. it just kept mentioning only the pages. This was also the case When I tried to preview the document after uploading it. Is there something I am not doing right?

If I enable this setting after envelopes were sent, will it allow users to sign on mobile? 

Hi, I want to send an update that someone has signed the document but without sharing the document itself.I have turned on the “Document Visibility” to “Must sign to view, unless a member of sender's account”.I have created a step “Update participants” for which I have removed the visibility for one of the documents (As I understand I can't completely disable visibility of all documents).However still, when the recipient receives the update, they can open the documents and see all documents. Is there another setting to limit seeing the documents?  Thanks

I need to send out a notice to 5,000 alums - they don’t necessarily have to sign, but II need a record that they reviewed the doc for our annual meeting.I tried using bulk send, but exceeded the envelope limit, even though bulk send allows up to 1,000 recipients.How would I accomplish this task?

I just got Docusign and everytime I have someone sign a document, when I print it out, it blacks out everything this is signed with docusign. I thought it was my printer so I went out and bought a new printer and its doing the same thing. I’m ready to lose my mind...I have so many documents to print and cant do it…...what is going on...this is only on docusign signatures.  NEED HELP ASAP!!!

Hello,As the title goes, would like to know whether it is possible to do a bulk upload of stamps/seals into Docusign eSignature.I am already aware of the functionality regarding uploading stamps/seals into Docusign. However, it seems to be only for one stamp/seal at a time. I have a user with around 35 stamps/seals hence we would like to know if there is a way to upload multiple stamps/seals in one go.Thank you.

I want to create a template letter that will be used to give notice to individuals. The notice will be standard; however, the opening paragraph would be different depending on the issue. Does anyone know if there is a way to create a function where a user of the template could select from a group of pre-built paragraphs to auto-insert? Sort of like a dropdown option, but for a selection of a paragraph vs. just a few words. 

I've received a dozen Docusign documents related to a home sale, over the past few months.  My realtor says she sent me a critical one 6 days ago, and I don’t see having ever received it. All this was to my personal email, prior to me having signed up for a Docusign account.  I created a Docusign account this morning under the same email address, which I was hoping would populate with prior documents that I’d received to that email address, but it doesn’t seem to haver done so.  Anything I can do to view history from my end?  Or not so much?

Is it possible to view and download all envelopes that have ever been created BEFORE my subscription? I received already envelopes to sign but was not registered. Now I am and I would like to see, what I have signed. Thanks Steffen
