Log in issue

Hi All,I need to log into a Docusign account held by my company, but cant seem to be able to use the company account ID to login. Is there a way to log in to the account using the company Account ID (not an email address)?

@MelissaBrowningNo, the Docusign login is always user based and requires an email address.Your Docusign Administrator should be able to add you as a new user to the company account.
