Signed up for free trial minutes later I get a message your free trial has exspired

I’m sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with our free trials, I understand you signed up for one recently but it gives you an expiration error after minutes of creation.

Have you had a free trial or an account with the email you signed up with in the past?

Can you send me a private DM with your email address to confirm if there are more than one account or free trials connected to that address?
